Sunnyside Builders’ inaugural home was a unique duplex constructed with a craftsman exterior but transitional/contemporary interior. We truly believed in the promise of the Sunnyside neighborhood and completed the first custom build east of Zuni and north of 38th Ave. We are proud to have paved the way for the neighborhood to continue flourishing.
